痔科消炎止痛洗剂坐浴配合牛黄痔清栓治疗肛窦炎临床观察

目的：观察痔科消炎止痛洗剂坐浴配合牛黄痔清栓治疗肛窦炎的临床疗效。方法:将98例肛窦炎患者随机分为两组，观察组49例，采用痔科消炎止痛洗剂坐浴配合牛黄痔清栓治疗；对照组49例，采用温开水坐浴配合牛黄痔清栓治疗，7d为1个疗程，共治疗3个疗程。结果：观察组有效率(95.92%)明显高于对照组(77.55%)，P＜0.05；观察组各相应症状及体征缓解明显短于对照组（P＜0.05），有显著差异性。结论:痔科消炎止痛洗剂坐浴配合牛黄痔清栓治疗肛窦炎疗效肯定，两者联合使用可以提高疗效，缩短疗程。
